  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and available for production.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members and respond to their needs in a prompt and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Education/Training: Trade school or equivalent experience required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Food handling and food safety certifications preferred.
  • Experience: Bakery experience required.
  • Knowledge/Skills: Baking knowledge and skills required.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position that requires working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. The Baker will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
