Job Description

A transformation specialist opportunity has arisen to lead quality changes in end-to-end processes and drive effectiveness of implemented change.

About the Role

You will be responsible for daily production outputs, including Claims Change book of work, impact analysis, and supporting programme lead initiatives. Ensure accurate and effective communication of change impacting Claims while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage change collaboratively with senior management in a dynamic environment.
  • Prioritize objectives and develop solutions to resolve conflicts.
  • Work within a financial setting and/or insurance industry, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analyse detail and data to inform decision-making.
We're Looking for:
  • Proven experience in operating in a change environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize objectives and develop conflict resolution solutions.
  • Previous exposure to working within a financial setting and/or insurance industry.
  • Comfortable with detail and data analysis.
