Key Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting and filing court documents, conducting research, and analyzing evidence.
- Provide expert advice to clients on commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and employment law matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial litigation law and best practices, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative and effective solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of success in managing complex litigation matters.
- Proven expertise in commercial litigation law, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and employment law matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
- Valid Australian practicing certificate.
