The Role

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs and sales targets. You will lead and engage the team daily, coach and inspire through training, create a customer-centric environment, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practice.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure

  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
