Job Title: Automotive Workshop Technician

This is a full-time permanent position in our workshop based in Unanderra NSW. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and skills, be able to work with manual lathes and welding equipment, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, reconditioning, and machining driveshafts for various applications. This includes assembling, welding, and balancing driveshafts, as well as performing general workshop duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Fitting and machining skills
  • Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment
  • A high degree of flexibility
  • Proven safety focus and ability to follow company policies
  • A willingness to work as part of a team
