Job Description

Champion Petfoods is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Director to lead the development of strong, agile, and efficient supply chain capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Melbourne or Wodonga, and the successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Director to provide leadership and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supply chain management, with experience working in the FMCG industry and a strong understanding of the pet food market.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a long-term supply chain roadmap, defining and implementing the best cost-to-serve route to market, and collaborating with the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team on sourcing options and supply chain optimization.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, and will be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term supply chain roadmap in APAC
  • Define and implement the best cost-to-serve route to market
  • Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team on sourcing options and supply chain optimization
  • Ensure effective supply chain management and review through the S&OP+ process
  • Lead the SC function with top talent, develop a skills matrix, and build a pipeline of future Supply Chain leaders
