About the Role

This tax professional role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to transition into or continue working in tax specialist position within a dynamic and collaborative team.

You will work closely with experienced tax partners, engaging with a diverse range of clients including large private groups and small to medium-cap ASX listed companies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Providing value-added advice on various tax matters
  • Reviewing and preparing tax documentation such as Private Binding Rulings, Tax Effect Accounting Calculations, and Consolidated Income Tax Returns
  • Assisting with R&D tax incentive applications and quarterly tax updates
  • Delivering technical training and consulting on taxation matters to internal divisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Experience working in tax/accounting with business clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and conscientiousness
  • Hold or be studying toward a Chartered Accountant qualification
