About This Role
We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Prep and Grill Counter Staff. As a Luchador, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, healthy, and authentic Mexican food and delivering it with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, healthy, and authentic Mexican dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a high-performing team and contribute to achieving business objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is an asset, but not required; we offer comprehensive training for new recruits.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
