About the role

A clinical care leader is a crucial member of our team, providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting staff in their roles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence in clinical care.
  • Ensuring resident medical needs are met through effective planning and coordination.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining high standards of work and promoting a safe and healthy environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with leadership experience in clinical care. You should have a nursing degree and current AHPRA registration, as well as solid documentation skills and knowledge of ACFI.

In return for your expertise, we offer an attractive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This includes a base salary and potential bonuses for outstanding performance.
