We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Officer - Print to join our team at Robert Walters Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs during an election.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead support efforts for other Senior Project Officers and Assistant Directors in the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs during an election.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks onsite at our printing and mail house service provider.
  • Ensure postal votes meet certain standards of quality to maintain reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all materials are properly secured or disposed of in compliance with policy and stakeholder instruction.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently both in writing and verbally.
