About the role

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for our clients, welcoming them to our showroom and assisting our consultants to guide them through their renovation process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

A typical day will involve :

• Greeting and welcoming customers in person and over the phone
• Ensuring customers are cared for and have refreshments
• Managing customer queries and orders via email and phone
• Assisting the team to prepare quotes, process payments and arrange deliveries
• Keeping the showroom and reception area tidy and helping it run smoothly and safely

We're looking for someone who :

• Has previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality and enjoys helping others
• Is organised and can spot when a customer or colleague needs help
• Is comfortable with technology and has basic computer skills
• Is open to working varied shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally or within our network
