About The Role

We're seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Essendon store. In this role, you'll build connections with customers to help them find their perfect pair of denim, understanding shapes and fit.

As a member of our team, you'll work collaboratively to achieve both individual and store targets, assist with stock management and processing, and set up store promotions and visual merchandising.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering genuine and unique experiences for every customer aligned with the Just Jeans brand.
  • Work effectively within a team environment to meet individual and store goals.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate stock levels and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of visually appealing store displays and promotions.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to loss prevention policies and procedures.

Salary: $25-$35 per hour

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000 per year
