The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with good plumbing knowledge and customer service skills, looking to be supported by a team of professionals operating in a highly regarded and growing business. The successful applicant will have at least a current Tradesperson's Certificate, enjoy customer service and working autonomously, be flexible and able to prioritise, appreciate the importance of WH&S, and have a positive approach to work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
- Attend to customer bookings and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues
- Contribute to the growth and development of Level Plumbing Tamworth through proactive participation and engagement in team meetings and activities
- A current Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated good computer skills, including the use of Google Docs & Sheets (or similar)
- Experience with computer based estimating
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to follow the proven and successful Level Plumbing customer service model
- AS3500 - Plumbing and drainage
- AS5601 - Gas Installations
- HB 39 - Installation code for metal roof and wall cladding
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus vehicle, phone and uniform supplied, job security, and a great working environment.
LocationThis role is based in Tamworth, NSW, approximately 5-10 minutes from home.
