Community Mental Health Practitioner

To provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and recovery-based interventions to individuals and their families who experience serious mental illness in a dynamic community setting. The position is a clinical leadership role within the Corio Continuing Care Service, with responsibility for service delivery and supporting program development in tertiary mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational team leader of the Corio Continuing Care Service
  • Lead and support recovery-oriented assessments, treatments and interventions for adults with serious mental illness in the community
  • Provide temporary full-time relief support during parental leave periods
Employment Details:

Temporary Full Time: 80 hours per fortnight
