Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team in a leadership role. The successful candidate will provide high-level clinical support and assessment for residents, as well as lead and educate care professionals to promote continual improvement of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support and guidance to the care team.
  • Develop and implement care plans in consultation with the clinical team and residents.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years of experience.
  • Clinical leadership experience in an aged care setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning principles.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a specialized clinical area related to aged care.
