About the Role:

This senior nursing position offers a unique opportunity to deliver advanced clinical care, mentor teams and drive innovative patient-centered care across multiple sites.

You will provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy in our Nurse Led Walk In Clinic, supporting assessment, treatment and referral of minor injuries and illnesses. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care.

Your leadership will shape clinical practice, drive quality improvement initiatives and support workforce development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering advanced clinical care and decision-making for minor injury and illness patients.
  • Providing mentorship, education and clinical supervision to nursing staff.
  • Leading quality improvement, clinical redesign and innovation activities.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
  • Maintaining compliance with professional standards and quality frameworks.
  • Supporting research and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.
About Your Expertise:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate registered nurse who possesses:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with postgraduate qualifications desirable.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in minor injury and illness nursing.
  • Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
  • A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and mentoring.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
  • Current Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK) certification and Advanced Life Support skills highly desirable.
