Claims Recovery Specialist

A career opportunity exists for a Claims Recovery Specialist to join our team at Randstad.

This full-time, permanent position involves managing a portfolio of claim settlements with the aim of maximising revenue recovery while maintaining a high standard of service. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for communicating with key stakeholders, managing claims, reviewing documents, negotiating recovery percentages, and settling claims.

• Develop strong relationships with customers, legal teams, insurers, and repairers to gather accurate information and confirm liability.
• Ensure customer needs are met by providing excellent service.

• Manage a portfolio of recovery claims to maximise revenue recovery.
• Negotiate recovery percentages with insurers to minimise write-offs.
• Settle claims using supporting evidence to ensure transparency.

We are seeking an individual with previous experience in claims, recoveries, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Negotiation and investigation skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
