Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Business Development professional to join our APAC Commercial team. As a key member, you will serve as the interface between our organization and clients in Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales/marketing/partnership roles, with clear exposure to strategy, planning, research, and communications. They should possess excellent collaboration skills, being able to drive success through cross-functional teamwork.

  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local measurement partnerships with media owners to create demand and convert interest into new customers.
  • Manage existing measurement partnerships in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring mutual success through project delivery and customer acquisition.
  • Contribute to the creation of thought leadership content, focusing on making System1 and its partners famous in the region through owned channels and industry events.
  • Grow internal fame within creative and media agencies through workshops and insight sessions, ultimately driving business opportunities to conversion.
  • Create lower-funnel assets for the region from global research and sales material, effectively converting interest into sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum 5-10 years' experience in sales/marketing/partnership roles with a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Proven track record of developing effective creative solutions that inspire audience response.
  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills, with experience presenting directly to marketers and/or agencies.
