Our role is to shape and execute a corporate communications strategy that drives business value.

The Director of Corporate Communications will lead critical projects, synthesizing complex financial and technical information into clear communication plans.

This leader will manage a team of professionals in different locations, ensuring a high-functioning and engaged team meets key objectives.

They will collaborate with global and regional communications teams to strategically position the company across key markets.

Additionally, this professional will partner with senior leadership to execute the CEO's executive profiling program through media and speaking opportunities.

They will also help advise and support the Reputation Communications team to develop and safeguard the company's reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of direct external communications experience within listed companies, with a strong track record in project management, leadership and understanding listed company practices.

They will have proven ability to take a global point of view, localize where needed, and successfully work with and engage people and teams across different cultures and working styles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and team leadership skills are crucial.

A strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate business objectives into effective communications narrative and strategies is required.

Well-developed stakeholder and project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, is essential.

Experience working in B2B enterprise/SaaS software is desirable.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, prioritize projects, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
