Professional Engineering Development Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our 2-year rotational engineering program. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in innovative teams, preparing you for a full-time Field Service Engineer role.

Your Role
  • You will complete 4 unique job rotations across various teams, gaining real-world experience and leadership exposure from day one.
  • You will work on high-impact projects, developing communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • You will build a strong network and community with your graduate cohort.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A final-year Engineering student or recent graduate majoring in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Curiosity, drive, and a desire to make an impact.
  • The ability to learn quickly, grow, and adapt in fast-changing environments.
  • A passion for technology, purpose-led work, and fieldwork.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
