As a Branch Manager at IPAR, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional return to work outcomes. Your role will involve motivating and coaching your team to achieve high-quality customer service, evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer service
- Identify and implement innovative operational improvements
- Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities
- Recruitment, induction, and training of new team members
- Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums
- Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports
- Drive an engaging workplace culture
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA
- Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others' performance
- Ideally previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with compulsory insurance
