We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

Job Description

This role will provide general support to our sales team and clinical support to our customers across hip, knee, and emerging technology portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in our product range, new product information, service opportunities, and special developments.
  • Assist with operations to scrub personnel and surgeons, dealing with any product/theatre queries that may arise.
  • Review consignments periodically and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant clinical articles, surgical techniques, and other relevant data to build a strong knowledge base for providing accurate advice to customers.
  • Attend relevant workshops and complete necessary learning assessment exercises as required.
  • Support the marketing team with clinical support materials and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in medical device clinical support.
  • Prior experience within the field of orthopedics, specifically hip and knee replacements.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and an exceptional communicator in one-on-one and group settings.
  • The ability to think outside the square, showing high initiative and drive.
  • The capacity to work autonomously, be self-motivated, and rapidly understand complex technical information.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and clinical skills to effectively build relationships with surgeons and internal colleagues.
  • The ability to travel within your assigned territory.
  • A strong team player who can work with different personality types.
  • Proactive in seeking out and taking advantage of growth opportunities.
