Job Description

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead key accounts across Western Australia, managing a diverse portfolio of existing clients and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide domain expertise in public sector and regulated industries, leveraging our full solution suite to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Manage complex sales cycles (6–24 months) providing expert guidance on client needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Solutions teams to drive growth, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency across the portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales or consultative selling, preferably in the public sector.
  • Natural communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong relationship builder with a focus on feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Adept at managing complex sales processes, researching new industries, and positioning our offering effectively.
