We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
- This is a great opportunity for a professional with previous experience in a similar restaurant or retail environment to lead a team, identify opportunities for improvement, train and develop staff, and optimize team performance to increase revenue and productivity.
About the Role:
- Assist the Retail Manager with day-to-day operations across outlets, focusing on the renowned Garden Restaurant.
- Coordinate the front of house team's daily operations, leading from the front and mentoring and training the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Optimize team members' rosters to increase revenue and productivity.
- Address guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar restaurant or retail environment.
- Experience leading a team, identifying opportunities for improvement, training, and developing staff.
- Good knowledge of the Melbourne food and beverage scene.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to confidently lead team briefing sessions with up to twelve team members.
- Experience with online booking systems.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance with attention to detail.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
