Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Staff Front End Engineer.

This role will involve leading the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of large-scale AI-supported front end solutions in React and Typescript. You will be responsible for designing intuitive UIs for intelligent feedback analysis, surfacing relevant insights, and guiding user interactions.

The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale SaaS front ends using React, Typescript, and modern web technologies. They should also have deep knowledge of web application architecture, performance optimisation, accessibility, and user-centric design.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities, including the ability to shape engineering practices or frameworks across teams, lead significant technical initiatives, and coach peers or juniors to higher quality and autonomy.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
