Swimming Pool Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance of swimming pools within a resort complex.
We require a skilled individual to perform maintenance tasks. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- General Maintenance repairs, paving, some gardening, and assisting Tradespeople.
- Prompt response to out-of-service rooms to help resolve issues.
- Providing excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Able to work independently but also as part of a team.
- Confidence to complete all maintenance work/orders and ensure high-quality results.
- Reliable and punctual with own transportation.
- Familiarity with general safety operations and procedures.
- Previous experience as a handyperson is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
- Familiarity with basic tools and machinery.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
