Nilfisk Group - Field Service Technician NSW

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our service operations, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Nilfisk products in your relevant territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality technical and customer service skills to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction with Nilfisk products.
  • Perform routine repairs, maintenance, and service work on Nilfisk products at customer sites or breakdown locations as directed.
  • Conduct inspections, fault-finding activities, and dismantle/reassemble machines to a high quality standard.
  • Manage service jobs efficiently to maximise own labour utilisation and implement improvements as required.
  • Ensure good quality practices are in place to ensure Product and machines are serviced and/or repaired better than customer expectations.
  • Liaise with customers and develop service relationships to encourage repeat and new business opportunities.
  • Quoting and constant communication with customers on progress of workshop jobs.

Requirements:

  • Trade-qualified work experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
