About the Role:

  • You will work closely with senior leaders to understand capability gaps, design contemporary solutions and drive change to attract, retain and develop a high-performing workforce.
  • Support the strategic direction of the Capability Development Team by managing and delivering key initiatives such as our Employee Value Proposition, Culture Blueprint, and Professional Development program.
  • Evaluate programs and initiatives to measure their success, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for future enhancements.

About Our Team:

The DFG Capability Development Team is responsible for delivering strategic talent management, professionalisation and leadership initiatives as directed by the DFG Senior Leadership Group. Our team partners with stakeholders within the group to understand capability gaps, design contemporary solutions and drive change to enable our high-performing workforce.

We are looking for a talented HR professional who can lead a creative and collaborative team, establishing clear work plans and deadlines to achieve quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop effective working relationships internally and externally. They will also have experience in human resources strategy, policy development and implementation, as well as strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, adapt and manage workload.
