We are seeking a highly skilled CHPP Maintenance & Contracts Supervisor to lead our Maintenance teams in executing planned maintenance in accordance with the site Health, Safety Management System.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Maintenance teams to execute planned maintenance in accordance with the site Health, Safety Management System.
- Ensure all work is completed to specifications, quality, and on schedule.
- Collaborate to improve asset management and reliability of the CHPP with assigned budgets.
- Qualification in a related discipline or trade (Electrician, Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitting Trade).
- Engineering Diploma (highly desirable).
- Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (surface).
- Current Australian Open Drivers License.
- S1, S2, S3, & G2.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to apply problem-solving techniques to equipment failures.
- Fixed Plant knowledge desirable.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement strategies.
- Demonstrate active field leadership.
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy combined with the ability to quickly pick up new software programs.
- SAP Maintenance Module knowledge including PTP and MPA modules.
- Shutdown Coordination experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
