We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Supervisor to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a key member of our depot team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the depot, working closely with the Depot Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities- Be the main point of contact for all non-dispatch issues within the depot.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of service delivery functions within the depot.
- Ensure licence compliance in Hive (Rostering system) and follow up with staff as required.
- Investigate and assist the Depot Manager to properly manage occurrence reports, inspector reports, accidents and customer feedback, student misbehaviour, CCTV download and viewing.
- Assist the Depot Manager in responding to Major Incidents.
- Assist with Charters and Special events within the depot as required.
- Manage and issue school student travel passes.
- Conduct drug & alcohol testing within the depot as required.
- Develop positive and collaborative relationships with the assets team within the depot.
- Banking - Count drivers' daily takings and record for banking.
- Answering two-way communication and phone calls.
- Demonstrated Operations knowledge or understanding including service delivery, rostering, incident management, performance management, employee relations, complaint handling, work, health and safety, inclusion, and diversity.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail, meticulous with paperwork and the ability to maintain focus under pressure.
- Willingness to adapt in a changing environment.
- Current Drivers Licence (HR class preferred or willing to upgrade).
- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
