Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead the Flight Catering team at Perth Airport, working closely with the Executive Chef to drive operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily and weekly planning of food preparation, shift allocation, and rostering.
  • Order and purchase produce through our systems.
  • Attend business strategy and operational meetings in place of the Executive Chef.
  • Champion safety and adherence to procedures.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualified with experience at Sous Chef Level or higher.
  • Exposure to large or bulk catering facilities in manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP/Food Safety/WH&S and QA principles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
