Pricing Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in optimising pricing procurement practices to ensure the best outcome for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Price Management: Manage asset pricing, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and meeting SLAs/KPIs.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyse quote requests, identify irregularities, and source competitive pricing from dealers.
  • Customer Engagement: Work with customers to source competitive pricing for asset design fit-outs.
  • Communication: Meet turnaround times for pricing and communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Process Optimisation: Optimise pricing procedures to maximise efficiency and turnaround of quote requests.
  • Training and Development: Educate the sales team on product trends and configurations.
  • Procurement and Quoting Processes: Proactively develop, improve, and implement procurement and quoting processes.

Administration and Documentation:

  • Maintenance: Maintain the pricing matrix on the ERP system.
  • Dealer Listings: Maintain preferred dealer listings for quoting and ordering assets.
  • Quote Notes: Ensure relevant notes are added to quotes and supplier matrices.
