Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented FX Sales Associate to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a sales associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a world-class trading company with a dominant global presence, and learn from some of the professionals in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote client's products and services, finding and developing customers
  • Cope with business development and expansion of client investment funds
  • Consolidate problems encountered by customers
  • Engage key stakeholders with the intent of closing off new deals and building the client books
  • Build exceptional long-lasting trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work towards KPIs in a fast-paced working environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, economics, finance, business administration or related majors
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Sales Representative servicing in foreign exchange industry
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and abilities
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Working positively, with strong subjective initiative, and self-motivation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of personal presentation
  • Be comfortable cold-calling and self-motivated to succeed in a highly competitive market
