About the Role

As a seasoned audit professional, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our clients with confidence. You'll help them meet their reporting requirements by accurately reporting on financial statements and providing meaningful insights into accounting and reporting matters.

In this key position, you'll lead the planning, execution, and reporting on audits, leveraging your expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and related financial reporting matters.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute an effective audit strategy in consultation with senior management.
  • Manage the audit process with consideration for risk issues and technical matters.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of the audit process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing value-added recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A degree and/or progress towards/completion of a recognised accounting qualification.
  • Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to coach and counsel junior team members.
