We are looking for a skilled Bartender to fill the position at our restaurant in Brisbane, AU.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in bartending or as a bar-back
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Support the bartenders and other staff members as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid knowledge of cocktails, craft beer, wine & spirits
  • A current RSA
  • A WSET qualification (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques and ingredients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:

The bartender will be working in a busy restaurant environment, with exposure to loud noises and high temperatures. They will be required to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects occasionally.
