About the Role:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles to meet manufacturer standards.
- Provide expert advice on the mechanical condition of vehicles.
- Record all necessary work, services, or repairs using in-house databases or reporting systems.
- Train and guide apprentices in their roles.
- Communicate vehicle information to guests in a professional manner.
- Conduct road tests and final assessments before vehicle delivery or return.
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies.
Requirements:
- Hold a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
- Have experience with various vehicle brands.
- Minimum 3 years of experience post-trade qualification.
- Hold a manual driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Hold full Australian working rights.
