Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced early childhood professional to take on the role of Lead Educator.

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality education and care to young children.

  • This position involves leading and guiding teams in developing and implementing innovative early learning programs reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development is also a key aspect of this role.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Solid understanding of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
