Opportunity to Thrive in a Dynamic Sales Environment

Charterhouse Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our client's Sydney-based team. As a key member of the National sales team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales processes and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account management and development
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting
  • Training of retail staff
  • Go-to person for internal and key external training needs
  • Maintaining current knowledge on new products, competitive products, and other general market information of value to customers
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Providing support and problem-solving to customers as required
Requirements:
  • Field Sales/Territory Management Experience essential
  • Training development and delivery experience essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to build and develop relationships with a wide variety of individuals, both internal and externally to the organisation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
