- We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Job description- Providing administrative support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Working as part of a team to provide overall administration support.
- Proven experience in providing administrative functions, including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, photocopying, filing, and taking minutes at meetings.
- Ability to support staff with administrative issues and assist with report preparation, correspondence, and memorandums.
- Maintenance of office technology, including photocopiers, printers, and computers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Undertaking procurement activities to ensure adequate resources.
- Processing human resources paperwork, including timesheets, leave forms, and payroll documentation.
- Performing opening and closing procedures.
- Conducting banking tasks as required.
- Maintaining confidential filing and recording systems.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for the Integrated Offender Management system.
- Undertaking archiving of files and records according to legislative requirements.
