  • Providing administrative support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Working as part of a team to provide overall administration support.
Key skills and qualifications
  • Proven experience in providing administrative functions, including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, photocopying, filing, and taking minutes at meetings.
  • Ability to support staff with administrative issues and assist with report preparation, correspondence, and memorandums.
  • Maintenance of office technology, including photocopiers, printers, and computers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other information
  • Undertaking procurement activities to ensure adequate resources.
  • Processing human resources paperwork, including timesheets, leave forms, and payroll documentation.
  • Performing opening and closing procedures.
  • Conducting banking tasks as required.
  • Maintaining confidential filing and recording systems.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for the Integrated Offender Management system.
  • Undertaking archiving of files and records according to legislative requirements.
