Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Success Coordinator to join our high-growth business. As a pivotal function supporting our sales team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and effectively to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales opportunities, quotes, and orders in our CRM system.

• Maintain data integrity in our CRM system by conducting routine clean-ups of obsolete data and updating venue information based on government agency reports.

• Collaborate with the Sales team via phone and email, providing prompt responses to all inquiries.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless setup of new customers in our CRM system, enabling efficient quote and order processing.

• Update price lists, product libraries, and truck registers in our CRM system.

• Process customer sponsorship requests and other customer-related agreements outside of our CRM system, obtaining necessary internal approvals.

• Manage pipelines – ensure accurate data for reporting through regular maintenance calls with Account Managers.

• Compile and analyze CRM sales-related data, generating reports for management as requested.

• Cross-check data with Finance on deferred revenue, promotions, purchasing agreements, and allocated conversion pool consumption.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the customer experience.

• Serve as a point-of-resource for other departments regarding customers and our CRM system.

Requirements

• Consistency and reliability, with the ability to focus on detail to deliver consistent and reliable outcomes.

• Proven problem-solving abilities, identifying, prioritizing, and selecting alternatives for solutions.

• Compliance and risk management skills, adhering to strict regulatory requirements and mitigating risks.

• Strong sales and stakeholder trust skills, building rapport with sales, ops, and finance teams to deliver precise and accurate work.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is highly regarded.
