Job Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our dynamic North East team as a Mental Health Team Leader. As a key leader in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring every participant receives exceptional care while contributing to the success of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Mental Health Service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day service delivery of mental health services and support business growth objectives.
  • Care Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in compliance with NDIS and Aged Care standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to the team, promoting a collaborative, respectful, and accountable culture.
  • Budget Development and Oversight: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and quality care.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Care Manager, Service Delivery Manager or Team Leader role.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in business, healthcare, or social services.
  • Skills: Proven background in NDIS, Aged Care, Nursing, Disability Services, or a related field.
  • Mandatory Requirements: NDIS Worker Screening check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), Own car with valid driver's license and comprehensive car insurance, Current First Aid and CPR certificate, NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
