About the Role
You'll be part of an exciting transformation program within the Range and Space team as we introduce new space planning capabilities through Blue Yonder shelf and floor planning suite.
As a Micro Space Planner, you'll work with a broad stakeholder group, providing analysis on category clusters and range, developing customer-focused planograms that optimize space and maximize financial return for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the range review process across a portfolio of categories
- Partner with Category Managers to deliver customer-focused ranges, including analysis of category performance and creation of clustered assortments
- Develop customer-focused planograms
- Accountable for data integrity of all planograms and planogram assignments
- Continuously seek ways to innovate, improve, and lead change within the planogram portfolio
Requirements
- Passion for retail and delivering customer-led outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- A track record in demonstrating stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to identify and develop process improvement opportunities and develop supporting tools
- Retail experience in merchandising and Space Management
- Proven experience with Blue Yonder Shelf and Floor Planning Software
