Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to fill this key role within our regional facilities in New South Wales and Queensland.

  • Killean residential aged care facility – Inverell, NSW
  • Apex Road residential aged care facility – Gunnedah, NSW
  • Yallambee residential aged care facility – Millmerran, QLD

About You

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our elderly residents. Your clinical expertise, compassion, and leadership skills will be essential in shaping a culture where our residents thrive.

  • Essential:
    • A minimum of 12 months' experience in aged care since registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority.
    • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation and regulations.
    • A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
    • High-level analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • An empathetic, respectful, and collaborative approach to care.
    • Team-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
    • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (AM, PM, nights).
    • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Preferred:

  • Residential Aged Care – holistic, relationship-based support to older people.
  • Primary Healthcare – managing chronic illness and supporting older populations.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of age-related health issues.
  • Leadership and team coordination skills.
  • A caring and empathetic nature, combined with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and relevant legislation.
