Electrical Supervisors Wanted

Monadelphous is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to lead our construction project at Western Range. The duration of the project is expected to be 6+ months, with opportunities for ongoing work across other projects thereafter.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the workforce personnel
  • Monitoring work practices and coaching employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and procedures
  • Reviewing performance and managing any performance issues as per Monadelphous procedures
  • Communicating with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issues
  • Planning and organizing work to meet the project's requirements and promote productivity
  • Adhering to all site rules and inspiring the crew to work safely and efficiently
  • Coordinating and delegating work to your team

Requirements:

  • An Electrical trade qualification
  • Current WA Electrical Licence
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Supervisory experience on major oil & gas projects working for top-tier construction contractors
  • A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety
  • Proven leadership capabilities developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
  • An innovative approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and successful delivery methods
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
  • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively
  • A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
