Optimize Factory Floor Operations

The role involves managing spare parts inventory, coordinating plant spares ordering, and implementing efficient store layouts.
- Experience in mechanical fitting is required;
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to build strong relationships with the team;
Working Monday to Friday allows for a better work-life balance, and there are opportunities for progression within the company. Additionally, this position offers the chance to oversee external contractors during capital projects and ensure all documentation is completed, including JSA's and safety audits.
This opportunity allows you to contribute to the manufacturing team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and optimize production;
- Coordinate the ordering of plant spares to meet operational needs;
- Implement effective store layouts to improve efficiency and reduce waste;
- Oversee external contractors during capital projects, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed;
