Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support for IT infrastructure across the region, working closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager to deliver exceptional IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance for IT project deployments
  • Manage regional system backups, server patching and end-user device maintenance
  • Maintain and update systems, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer and infrastructure firmware
  • Monitor systems and keep accurate records of infrastructure assets
  • Assist in continuous IT systems improvement and provide staff training
  • Travel requirements to MCC sites across the region to deliver onsite support
Systems Awareness:
  • Hyperconverged Infrastructure, specifically HPE SimpliVity
  • Microsoft 365
  • Aruba and Cisco Networking
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure , Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware , Veeam , and AWS
  • Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki preferred), and printer troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end users
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is highly regarded
