Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Card & Expense Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.
You will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance in every transaction.
This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on making processes smoother and more effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expense Management: Manage corporate card expenses and staff reimbursements.
- Expense Reporting: Review and process expense reports in line with company policy.
- Credit Card Management: Manage a fleet of corporate cards, resolve enquiries, and train card holders.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct weekly analysis and reporting.
- Accounts Payable: Perform accounts payable tasks, including processing supplier invoices and payments.
- Supplier Management: Assist with supplier creation and maintenance.
About You:
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in accounts payable in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, intermediate Excel experience, and experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion desirable).
- Qualifications: Understanding of Chart of Accounts structure and account coding.
