About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume leadership of our bakery shop. The ideal candidate will possess experience in team management, mentoring, and creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading, guiding, and motivating team members through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Assuming front-of-house responsibilities, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with supervisors to maintain high standards and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruiting, scheduling, and developing a team of 10-30 employees.
  • Conducting performance reviews, supporting employee growth, and cultivating talent pipelines for promotions.

Requirements:

  • Passion and self-motivation to drive team success and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Leadership experience in fast-paced customer service environments, with a minimum of 2+ years' experience.
  • Resilience and perseverance to overcome challenges and achieve results.
  • Trustworthiness and commitment to honesty and transparency in all interactions.
  • Ongoing working rights in Australia (must be able to maintain full working rights).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of restaurant management experience (desired).
