About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Fulfillment Expert to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key role in our organization.

Job Description:

As a Fulfillment Expert, you will be responsible for leading project delivery and driving the implementation of OSS solutions. You will work closely with our team to design and implement COTS solutions from top vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery teams to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective OSS solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to OSS implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of applied experience in IT.
  • Practical experience in one or more OSS areas, including Service Fulfillment, Service & Resource Inventory, Catalog driven Fulfillment, Discovery & Reconciliation, and Service Order Management.
  • Experience in delivering projects within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in project delivery.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Fulfillment domain.
  • 2+ years of experience in a programming language, including Java, Groovy, PL/SQL, or other object-oriented languages.
  • Understanding of database management systems and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Salary:

$120,000 - $160,000 per year.
