Job Title: Allied Health Services Coordinator

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic team, coordinating the delivery of allied health services to consumers residing in residential aged care facilities and in the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for rostering clinicians, arranging initial assessments with new consumers, confirming consumer details and service dates, and answering general enquiries and cancellations via a shared phoneline and group email.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Prior experience in rostering and administration would be advantageous.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

- Rostering allied health clinicians for optimal service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
